First Course

Choice of one:

  • Tuna Poke

  • Lobster Bisque

  • Brie with toasted points and sliced apples

  • Wild rice & mushroom soup

Second Course

Choice of one:

  • Bibb & bleu cheese salad with lemon basil vinaigrette

  • Charred Caesar salad 

Third Course

Choice of one:

  • 8oz filet with demi-glace

  • 5oz filet & lobster tail

  • Seared branzino topped with beurre sauce marron

  • Ricotta stuffed eggplant

    • Thin sliced pan-fried eggplant, stuffed & baked with herb ricotta & finished with tomato basil sauce​

Served with parsnip chive mashed potatoes & broccolini

Fourth Course

Choice of one:

  • Chocolate Mousse bedazzled with toffee bits of love

  • Bourbon bread pudding

  • Poached pear in a champagne cardamom syrup with spiced pecans
