• Conducting wellness checks of all team members before each shift, including temperature checks with a thermometer

• Per CDC and Governor Beshear's guidelines, guests must wear masks while away from their table, i.e. in the lobby or bathrooms

• Single‐use paper menus and providing on‐line menus you can view from your smartphone.

• Multiple methods of contactless payment

• Limiting the interactions between staff by utilizing food and drink runners

• Reconfiguring seating in the dining room, on the patio and in the bar to meet social distancing guidelines

• Floor decals to remind guests to keep to social distancing protocols

• Dedicated staff through every meal period solely responsible to sanitize all high contact areas

• Providing all staff and managers in our dining rooms and kitchens with personal protective equipment, including masks and gloves

• Hand sanitizer available in our lobby and restrooms for guests

• Drive-thru hostess stand during high volume times

  • IF the property has too many people, you maybe asked to wait in your car until you are called

• Reservations for inside seating and call‐ahead outside seating

• Text paging to allow guests to wait outside of the restaurant without using a pager

• No condiments on tables

• Sanitizing pens after guest use
