Thank you and your staff for a flawless afternoon aboard the CQ Princess last Sunday.  The entire booking and arrangement process with your staff was an experience in "full service".  At no time did we feel we were not in control of our party and thanks to your folks, who truly were, we were kept informed on everything from the linens to the menu.  Your food service and quality was superb and we can't say enough about the wonderful young people who provided us with the full service of the CQ Princess.
 
We were fortunate enough to have booked on the weekend of the regatta and all of it's dockside festivities added greatly to our gathering.  The Sunday afternoon weather cooperated as well (how did you do that?). 
 
Our gathering with family and friends could not have been any better thanks to you and your staff.  When the occasion arises, we will return...

The Case of the Missing Shoes 6/23/10

I wanted to thank you and the crew of the CQ Princess for finding and keeping my shoes!.It seems a small thing, but these shoes are a rare find for me, since they fit so well. Unfortunately, I had to run around so much on the yacht to keep up with my parents that high heels turned out to be impractical and I had to wear my back up shoes to be able to run around.

Watching mom and dad is like keeping up with toddlers and I was completely exhausted and not even thinking of the shoes when we left. The gentleman who was the bartender for our cruise came up to the foyer at Captains Quarters today (wednesday) proudly with shoes in hand when we stopped by (hopefully searching for my shoes).  (not knowing if the shoes would be there or not).

We had a wonderful time and mom was so pleased. In addition to the cruise, it was so fun to wheel her down to the boat and have everyone (guests) seated outside ask her what b-day it was and wish her the best. Couldn't have planned that if we wanted to. She was in 7th heaven.  The crew on the CQ Princess was wonderful- after I got over the shock of how young they seemed (everyone seems young to me these days) it was great. They really carry themselves way beyond their years. Captain Todd was really great even when I thought stow aways had boarded! (Previous guests who had left something).

They were also fantastic with our guests who had disabilities- not a small thing on a boat.

We WILL be scheduling another cruise. Not sure exactly when or for what celebration, but I can't imagine it will be too long.  Thinking fall-ish.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception 7/18/09

We had our wedding on the CQ Princess last Saturday, July 18.  I just wanted to tell you how perfect it was.  I worked with Mary Miller planning everything.  She was so nice and was a real help in coordinating the jazz trio and giving us ideas and options. 

Captain Todd married us and we really enjoyed his sense of humor.  He was very friendly and helpful and made it a fun evening. 

The three girls assigned to us on the Princess the night of the wedding were great.  They were sweet and friendly and seemed to go out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.

I think you have a wonderful, caring, efficient and well trained staff.  They are the reason our wedding and reception was such a success.

Please give them all a big thanks from Howard and myself.

Their Hospitality, approachability and service exceeded what I have experienced in some of the finest restaurants. All of the attendees raved about their experience aboard the CQ Princess.

I must tell you what a fabulous time we had at the rehearsal dinner for our son and his bride-to-be on the CQ Princess on July 3, 2008.  I was quite impressed with your Captain Todd who greeted every guest upon their arrival. The attention paid to ensure our videos were available and well-displayed was much appreciated. Your wait staff was exceptional as was the food.  The table arrangement and special request for rose petals were exactly as I had hoped.  The dessert tray in lieu of the chocolate volcano was a welcome treat as our guests gathered topside after dinner.  Excellent suggestion!  Our guests – many from out-of-state – were quite impressed with the entire event.Thank you for all your efforts to ensure this special occasion was everything we had hoped for.  When future needs arise for an exceptional dining and entertaining venue, the Masterson facilities will be at the top of my list.

     I just wanted to tell you how much we appreciated the rehearsal dinner on the dinner boat.  We had it this past Thursday (6/19) and boarded with sunshine, had a storm during dinner and ended the trip with a rainbow.  I didn't know it included the fantastic assortment of weather.  Thanks so much...the staff and Captain were exceptional and we were treated like a royal family.  Thank you again for making my son's rehearsal dinner a great success.  My hat is off to you and the staff.  Sharon Paulin

We had the most wonderful time Friday.  The dinner was fabulous and the staff were just excellent.  Everyone was just raving about the Princess.  We thank you for all of your help making our rehearsal dinner a special memory. Wish we could do it again next Friday. I will recommend you to all of our friends that looking for a unique experience.  Please tell all the staff how much we appreciated their hard work.
