Juried Art Show
- Space is limited to 50 tents –
- All spaces are pre-assigned. –
$80-$150 per tent (See details below)
Captain’s Quarters provides:
• 10 x 10 tents for rent (included in Reg. Fee)
• Postcards for each artist
• Light meal both days (limit 2 per tent)
• Overnight security provided Saturday night
• Local marketing coverage such as: newspaper & television, crafter associations
and trade showroom coverage, e-mails, yard signs, banners, radio advertisement.
Registration Fee begins at $150, with the following discounts applied:
* Supply your own tent – deduct $50
* Reg. Fee rcvd prior to 08/29 – deduct $10
* Supply 25 email addresses – deduct $10
Registration Fee may be as low as $80!
* Refer an artist/vendor to Marsha that has not previously been invited and
receive 2 free water or sodas for each artist that is approved
The artist who collects the most donations will receive $50.
Rules/Regulations:
1. All legalities and taxes are the artist’s/crafter’s sole responsibility.
2. No refunds due to inclement weather.
3. Artists are determined at the discretion of the Captain’s Quarters Art Show
Committee.
4. If you do not receive a space, you will be placed on a waiting list in the
event of cancellations.
5. Your registration check will not be cashed until after the event.
6. If you do not receive a space your check
will be destroyed.
7. If you do not get into the Art Show, you
will remain on our mailing list for next year.
8. Submitted registration forms must contain signed and dated application and
Reg. Fee.
9. All tents must have representation all day, both days.
10. Bring your own extension cords, tables, linens, chairs, drinks, snacks.
11. You are responsible for setting up your own tent, whether you bring your own
tent or rent it from CQ.
12. Captain’s Quarters and those working on its behalf are not responsible for
injury, accidents, and damage to property, thefts, acts or occurrences not under
their control. Signing the registration form constitutes agreement to all
conditions on the part of the applying person(s).
13. Photos will be returned only if a stamped, self addressed envelope is
provided.
14. Artists may supply 25 complete and legible email addresses in writing with
this form or via email to Marsha Hernandez at
udesignwithmarsha@gmail.com
to reduce your Registration Fee by $10. Email addresses must accompany
Registration Fee and will only be used to advertise for this show.
15. Please park to the rear of customer parking lot.
